Buko-Sago Pandan Salad

3 cups water
2 boxes unflavored gelatin, green
5 pandan leaves, cut
pandan extract
3 heads buko, meat shredded or
equivalent quantity of seaweeds
2 cups sago, cooked
1 big can Nestle cream
1 big can condensed milk

Mix water, gelatin, pandan leaves and pandan extract.
Bring to boil. Strain.

Pour hot gelatin mixture into a shallow pan. Let cool and
set. Cut into cubes.

Mix shredded buko, sago, gelatin cubes, Nestle cream and
condensed milk.

Chill to serve.
